On 6/8/1402, for the first time in Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, in Shahid Modares Hospital, simultaneous implantation of aortic valve and tricuspid valve in a patient with severe aortic valve stenosis and biological tricuspid valve stenosis by percutaneous "subcutaneous" method. Through the femoral artery and vein and without the need for open heart surgery, it was successfully performed by Dr. Mohammad Hassan Namazi, an interventional cardiologist and full professor of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and his team, and the patient, an 84-years-old woman with a history of tricuspid and mitral valve replacement in 30 years ago, after three days she was discharged from the hospital in good condition.
